        Our 6th Year Wedding Anniversary

Every year me and my husband try to do something special, just the two of us.

This year we went to a little town that is located near a beautiful lake.

We rented a bed and breakfast named "Bella Ella", very cute and inviting little place.
this was our eating area for breakfast

and this is the dinning area!

We got in around noon and checked ourselves in and checked out the place and the room, and realized that the size of the room matters ( because we went with a cheaper version room) and were kind of disappointed but the lady gave us an option to switch since none of her "nicer rooms" with the Jacuzzi tub and personal bathroom were taken, so after a lot of thinking while we were exploring the town we decided to pay extra and enjoy the benefits of the bigger room;)

Here are some other beautiful spots around the little house

the first day we were there we stopped for lunch and got us some salads, something light( because we had a reservation at the German restaurant that evening) and my husbands plan was to eat until he couldn't no more..lol. My salad was amazing called "Greek salad " it had everything this pregnant woman loves right now, salty olives, spicey/sour banana peppers, onions, grilled chicken, feta cheese, .....ummmm....yummm! And my hubby picked a grilled chicken house salad.

Anyways, after that we visited a chocolate store....I was in heaven ....( they had all kinds of chocolate for just "tasting" .....that just made my day.
Than we took off to take a walk by the lake, and it was so refreshing to be able to enjoy the fresh breeze of the lake, I LOVE the smell of the lake.....it reminded me how much I would love to just LIVE by the Lake.

Than we decided to check out a Botanical Garden Place, which used to be just a summer house to this one rich family in like 1896 that's been turned into a  museum .....it included 7 flower gardens all spread out on about 50 acres of land and a huge 4 story mansion. The mansion  was decorated just if someone was living there to show people what the rooms and bathrooms was set up like, and what kind of clothes was worn back than.
We didn't get a chance to check out all of the gardens because we didn't realize how huge the place was but we checked out the mention and it reminded me of " Downton Abbey" show .

Here is me and Wes at the entrance of the mansion

I really enjoyed walking through that place.

Following after that we went to our dinner date, for appetizer we ordered fried pickles and for dinner amazing German sausage plate with sour kraut and mash potatoes, the food was to die for..lol

We finished our first day evening back for a walk and ice-cream at the lake.

The next morning we Absolutely enjoyed our coffee on the porch surrounded by gorgeous flowers and landscape

While sitting and enjoying our coffee we were remembering how in just 6 short years our family has grown, and how we wouldn't change anything for the world, and would not have things any other way. God has us right where He wants us to be, we were counting our blessings one by one.

And it was time for breakfast, the friendly owner came out and told us that it was ready
and here it is!

We finished our morning with a quick stop at the gift shop to pick up some little gifts for each of the children
some magnets, compass, and bird for Jonny

a wooden popping gun, finger light and the plane for Liam

and  some "girly" things for Lexi.

And our "mini vacation" was ended by one more walk by the lake and we were on our way home all refreshed, rejuvenated, clear minded kind of peeps!
